The Approach We Take

A Prototype Before a Promise

Most consultancies ask you to sign first and see results later. We do it the other way around. Every engagement runs through a disciplined, transparent method — so you see working software and a fully costed plan before you commit serious budget.

Why We Work This Way

Remove the guesswork. Keep the accountability.

Software projects fail for predictable reasons: unclear scope, hidden assumptions, and a long gap between paying and seeing. Our approach attacks all three. We use AI to compress discovery, we build a real prototype early, and we put a transparent plan in front of you before the heavy investment begins.

The result is simple: you make decisions with evidence in your hands, not promises in a slide deck.

What this means for you

  • No lengthy briefs before you see something real.
  • No surprises at delivery — you signed off on a prototype.
  • A costed, scheduled plan you can take to your board.
  • Weekly visible progress, not a black box.
  • A partner who stays after go-live.
The Method

Six Stages, Start to Scale

Each stage has a clear purpose, defined activities, and a tangible deliverable you receive at the end of it.

1
Stage 01 · Typically 2–5 days

Discover & Frame

We start by understanding the business problem, not the feature list. Using our AI-assisted discovery process, we ask the right questions, capture context, and auto-document what we learn — turning what is usually weeks of workshops into a few focused sessions.

  • Stakeholder discovery sessions (guided by our DTO Platform questioning engine)
  • Problem definition, success metrics, and constraints captured in writing
  • Auto-generated Business Requirements Document (BRD) for your review
  • Risk, compliance, and data-sensitivity flags raised early
Deliverable: BRD + success metrics
2
Stage 02 · Typically 1–2 weeks

Prototype — What You See Is What You Get

Before any large commitment, we build a working, clickable prototype of the core experience. This is the heart of our promise: you interact with a real version of the solution and tell us what's right and what's missing — while changes are still cheap.

  • Clickable prototype of the primary user journeys
  • Embedded AI features demonstrated on representative data
  • Live walkthrough session — you drive, we listen
  • Feedback captured and folded into the plan, not deferred
Deliverable: working prototype you can try
3
Stage 03 · Typically 2–4 days

Validate & Plan

With the prototype validated, we produce a transparent delivery plan. You see the full scope, the work breakdown, the timeline, and the cost — before the major build begins. This is the moment you sign off with confidence, not hope.

  • Auto-generated Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Gantt schedule
  • Fixed, transparent costing tied to defined scope
  • Phasing options so you can stage investment
  • Clear acceptance criteria for every deliverable
Deliverable: costed plan, WBS & timeline
4
Stage 04 · Iterative, weekly sprints

Build in the Open

We build in short, agile sprints with weekly, visible delivery. You don't wait months to see progress — you review working increments every week and steer as we go. AI accelerates the repetitive engineering so the team focuses on what matters.

  • Weekly sprint demos of working software
  • AI-embedded, cloud-native, API-first architecture
  • Continuous testing and quality checks built into each sprint
  • A shared board so you always know status and next steps
Deliverable: weekly working increments
5
Stage 05 · Controlled go-live

Deploy & Enable

Go-live is a planned event, not a leap of faith. We deploy in a controlled way, train your people, and manage the change so adoption actually happens. Technology only creates value when your team uses it confidently.

  • Staged, low-risk deployment with rollback safety
  • Hands-on user training and quick-reference materials
  • Change-management support to drive real adoption
  • Go-live checklist signed off together
Deliverable: live system + trained users
6
Stage 06 · Ongoing partnership

Evolve & Support

We stay after launch. Through a hypercare period and ongoing support, we monitor, fix, and improve — and help you plan the next phase. Your solution keeps learning and growing with the business.

  • Post-launch hypercare with rapid response
  • Performance monitoring and continuous improvement
  • Roadmap reviews and next-phase planning
  • Knowledge transfer so your team stays in control
Deliverable: hypercare + roadmap
Operating Principles

The Rules We Don't Break

Evidence Over Promises

You see working software before the big commitment. Decisions are made on what's in front of you.

AI Used Precisely

We use AI like a chef uses salt — only where it genuinely improves the outcome. No hype, no AI for show.

Transparent Costing

Scope, timeline, and price are on the table before the build. No moving goalposts.

Weekly Visibility

Every week you see progress. No black boxes, no end-of-project surprises.

Security-Minded

SOC-2-ready practices, data sensitivity handled from discovery onwards.

We Stay

Hypercare and continuous improvement mean we're a partner, not a vendor that disappears.

Common Questions

How the Engagement Works

Do I pay for the prototype stage?
The discovery and prototype stages are a small, defined engagement — far less than the full build. The point is to de-risk your major investment, so you commit big money only after you've seen and validated something real.
How fast is discovery, really?
Our AI-assisted discovery (powered by the same engine behind our DTO Platform) compresses what is traditionally weeks of workshops and documentation into a handful of focused sessions, with the BRD auto-generated for your review.
What if my requirements change mid-project?
They will — and that's expected. Because we build in weekly sprints with a shared board, we re-prioritise with you continuously. Scope changes are discussed transparently against the plan rather than discovered at the end.
What happens after go-live?
We run a hypercare period for rapid support, then move into ongoing improvement and roadmap planning. We also transfer knowledge to your team so you're never dependent on us to operate the system.
Can you start small?
Yes. The plan from Stage 03 includes phasing options, so you can stage investment — proving value on a first phase before expanding.
